The rock glacier of Lac des Vaux: hydrology, kinematics and anthropogenic impacts

A two-day excursion to discuss the periglacial landscape of Lac des Vaux and its interaction with mountain hydrology is being organized by the Swiss Young Geomorphologists after the biennial conference of the SGmS in Val de Bagnes (Valais) next September. We will stay overnight at Le Châble after the conference on Friday. On Saturday, we will hike to the Lac des Vaux rock glacier.
